Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.
Pack and Ship
Place your unworn footwear in its original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
